Multi-family Housing

HOPE provides affordable rental housing through a variety of multi-family housing complexes. Two bedroom units are currently available at Hillcrest Apartments located at 211 Hill Crest Street, Hillsville, Virginia (map it).

2 bedroom (approximately 827 sq. ft.) - $385 per month (if electric utility paid by tenant) or $500 per month with electric utility included.

Deposit equal to one month's rent.

Small pets allowed (under 35 pounds) with $150 non-refundable pet deposit.
