Multi-family Housing

HOPE provides affordable rental housing through a variety of multi-family housing complexes. One and two bedroom units are currently available at Hillcrest Apartments located at 211 Hill Crest Street, Hillsville, Virginia (map it).

2 bedroom  - $425 per month (if electric utility paid by tenant) or $500 per month with electric utility included.

1 bedroom - $385 per month (if electric utility paid by tenant) or $425 per month with electric utility included.

Security deposit equal to one month's rent.  Key deposit $20.

Small pets allowed (under 35 pounds) with $150 non-refundable pet deposit.
